FAQ

1.  What do I need to do if I'm interested in renting one of your properties?

1. View AVAILABLE PROPERTIES here on our website or contact a Riverside Property Management representative for assistance.

2. Submit an  APPLICATION form from this website.

3. A $20 application fee is required for each person whose income will be considered for qualification.

4. Mail your completed application, application fee, and any supporting documentation (see the APPLICATION CHECK LIST) to Riverside Property Management.

2. If my application is accepted, what then?

1. A Riverside representative will contact you to make an appointment to meet with you.

2. You and our representative will review the terms of, then execute a written Rental Agreement.

3. You'll need to pay the required security deposit and the first month's rent via a cashiers check or money order.

3.  Are pets allowed?

1. Most properties will allow pets with certain conditions. Any pet must be authorized by Riverside before bringing them on to the property.

2. An additional deposit is required for pet related damage or cleaning ( the average pet deposit is $200)

3. Pit Bulls, Akitas, Chows, and certain other breads are not allowed
